Shipping & Returns

Due to the huge variety of signs available, some web products will need to be printed, please allow 4 working days for printing. 

Stock signs will be shipped within 2 business days of cleared payment (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays), custom made signs are shipped based on lead times quoted at time of quoting. Delays will be communicated within 24 hours.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct. Your purchase is sent to this address and in the event your address is incorrect, we accept no responsibility for loss of your purchase Shipping fees are determined by your sign order subtotal and how fast you want your package delivered.

Pickups during business hours are welcome from our Factory at 19 Kevin Ave, Ferntree Gully Vic 3156, please call or email to confirm stock.

Email Confirmations

Melbourne Signs sends email order confirmations to the address specified in your account. An email confirmation of new orders is sent that specifies when your package has been shipped

Email confirmations are considered a service, and are therefore still delivered to customers that have requested not to receive promotional email messages from Melbourne Signs.

Returns

Your complete shopping satisfaction is our number one priority. If a sign you ordered from us does not meet your expectations, simply contact us for a return authority number and then return it by mail at your cost within 7 days of receiving it.

Returns of signs/stickers are accepted in original saleable condition within 7 days of goods being received for a full refund. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authority Number and the return form included with your shipment. Failure to include these forms will result in prolonged processing of your return.

Credit or debit card refunds will be issued on the card that was used for the original purchase.

Defective and Incorrect Merchandise

Please inspect your order upon delivery. All damaged and incorrect orders must be reported to our Customer Service department upon delivery. Please retain packing slip and your invoice, the original packaging and any other packaging materials used for return.

Personalised Items
